I didn’t get the ladies name but she was very kind and friendly. I told her how I had trouble getting the acrylics off and offered products to help me and she even gave me free nail polish remover wipes for free which was so nice. I think maybe she was the owner not sure but definitely returning.

Needed some haircare products and this store was open and in the area. The store had a great selection of items, nostalgic music, and attentive customer service. Will definitely return if I’m in the area and need to restock!

I always come here for wigs and other things and accessories, the staff and the amazing lady named annie in the front check out is absolutely amazing, all of the ladies there help and are the coolest to talk to! They all are amazing!

Prices are great, especially compared to Sally's. There's less variety in hair color but still plenty to choose from. My favorite part of my experience at the store today was hands down the costumer service. Yes, left with affordable hair color and makeup, more importantly, I also left with a big smile.

The WORST place I've EVER bought hair. I went in there looking for REAL hair for my tape ins, was told the hair I was purchasing was 100% real went home and washed them and soaked them before installing because of the HORRIBLE smell coming from them. Installed them on my head and the smell is STILL as strong as it was the first day. The hair is rarely ever soft and smells awful while using hot tools. It is 100% not all real hair. I went in and told them and all the ladies were telling me is there is nothing they could do and that if the package says its real hair then it is and basically they won't refund me or do anything about selling me FAKE hair. Scammers getting hair from China and selling it as real hair.
