They are nice but would like more products. And bigger aisles reasonably priced items

There’s a lady that works in there and she’s so rude my god I’m at the register telling her things one by one so she’s getting it right I’m about to tell her I need a Black n mild she immediately rolled her eyes and said “have a good day” I’m like no I’m not finish she kept saying that I’m like okay that’s rude she’s like no I’m sorry… girl no ? She should remain the back

I had a similar experience as another reviewer. I called at 7:10pm on 12/17/2024. They were rude, wouldn't answer my question about the item availability in store and refused to say price and hung up on me. Got item there few years ago. I'll never go back.

The place is small but chock full with a variety of items to choose from. I found exactly what I needed for a great price. It didn't really bother me that the cashier stayed on her cellphone the whole time as I observed while browsing. She did answer my questions though as I broke into the non-english conversation several times. I felt like I was doing it to be irritating after a while when she didn't hang up. She didn't seem to be bothered by the constant interruptions (dang it!!). Sorry I get frustrated when I think customer service is slightly lacking. I was after a good price that day and I got it. So everything in the world seemed to be flowing in my favor.

Absolutely love the kind of hair they have. This is one of my go-to stores whenever I want to get my hair done.
