I love this shop. I have been coming here for 16 years. I love the owners & the staff is amazing! Miranda is so awesome for nails. My nails were so damaged from going to other places. She is so careful not to ruin your natural nail. I can literally go three weeks in between services and my nails always look so good and they are healthy. She picks the best colors and I always get compliments. When people ask me what I have on my nails, I tell them to go see Miranda because I just do whatever she suggests! I honestly could speak well of every person that works here. The front desk girls are a ray of sunshine! They do an amazing job with who they hire. Today was my 1st visit with Hair Artists and it won't be my last. My stylist Emily did an amazing job. Meg, one of the co-owners took the time to introduce herself. Love it here

Came in for highlights/balayage/COLOR ONLY - told stylist I had gotten my hair cut the week before at another salon and liked it - multiple times said did NOT want a haircut but she said my hair looked uneven and she could just even it out and it would look so much better. She dramatically layered/thinned it and permanently altered my hair texture and density. Having my hair thinned out without permission was deeply violating to me. It's been 7 months and will be a long time for layers to grow out. During consultation we did not discuss any of that bc I wasnt there for a cut! I had just spent $130 the week before for a cut that I was happy with -- 5 inches and didn't want to lose more. I overrode my gut because I trusted the stylist when she said she could just even it out and it would lo

I have had an incredible experience at Hair Artists! The staff are always so friendly and I'm always pleased with how my hair and nails have turned out. The salon is also so clean!

Came in for a color. Told person on phone what I was looking for. Brought pics of a dimensional medium blonde with highlights and rooting. Pointed to staff with color I liked that the stylist said she had colored. Stylist told me my base was dark. Staff with color I liked also had dark natural base. My natural color is dark dishwater blonde with some grey. OK. Then what can we do to get it there or can I ever get it there? No answer. Just dyed my hair light red/blonde. It is ok but not what I wanted and it is hard to maintain red. Looks terrible when my natural hair grows in just 1/8". Charged over $200. Not coming back. I'll add that everyone is very friendly.
