This review is for Andrew, he is absolutely the best hair stylist I have ever had. He has an amazing eye for color with skin tone. While he works wonders with balayage and highlights, he also is the only stylist my son will let cut his hair!

I absolutely LOVE this salon. I’ve never been to a place where everyone is so happy, friendly & welcoming. And the quality of hair care, color & cut is second to none! I live in SouthPark and it is SO worth the drive to Matthews. I regularly see Emily, but Amber & Mikayla have helped me out lots of times. I saw Drew and he was amazing. I appreciate how he listened to me and asked questions and came up with a plan for my “blonde goals.” The salon did a great job making costumers feel safe! They provided masks and had hand sanitizer available and social distanced the best they could. I mean, the hair stylists have to stand close enough to touch your head. 😆Everyone was wearing a mask the entire time.

I went for a trial hairstyle for a wedding shoot and Sarah spent 20 minutes with me. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and proceeded to do thing totally different. She didn’t even wash and dry my hair. Sarah charged me $85 ($102 with tip). The price would have been justified if she spent at least an hour with me. I am so disappointed and would not recommend her. In addition I sent her a message indicating my disappointment and all she could respond was OK and that’s why I’m writing this review.

Mikayla is so great. Respectful, color is spot on. Balayage is beautiful. She's been my stylist for years and I really appreciate her. Salon is clean and has a nice atmosphere.
