I WILL NO LONGER SPEND MY MONEY HERE! First let me say this place was amazing. The only place I would shop at for hair care supplies however not anymore. I was treated like a low-rate citizen or a criminal. I am 7 months pregnant and had my 3 year old with me. My toddler and I had to use the restroom. I went to check out and asked to use the restroom once I finished my purchase, ( keep in mind it was going to be a large purchase since I stock up on products). The clerk was about to send me to the restroom direction and the lady behind her ( I’m assuming the manager) looked at me and then said, the owner won’t let “them” use the bathroom. Then “the manager” looked at me and said, you can go to dollar tree if you really need to use it. I thanked her for the information left all my items on

I love this place because they have pretty much all hair supplies for black/brown women. But this place could use some corrective action on their customer service. It's a shame to see my fellow sisters acting this rude to their own people

1st time I would have to say I was a bit disappointed. I am 7yrs customer. I literally have to drive 45mins to a hr to get to this beauty supply store. Only because we live in a city that doesn't have this particular store. We are a military family so the area we Live in is bare. Especially for African American products. Nevertheless the store is great. My post is to warn people do not purchase these brand hair barrettes. They was a $1.59 I brought 2. They shook it off like hey it's just 1.59. BUT THATS MY 1.59!!! ANYWHO NEVER USED THEM .

Very Good prices and a great selection. This store has a large selection of beauty supplies that rival the B&I, and Tacoma Discount World. The parking lot has plenty of parking, and you don't have to worry about people trying to break into your car like they do at the B&I.

This beauty supply is amazing every time I walk in I'm greeted at the door I don't feel rushed they answer all my questions and they always have what I'm looking for. The store is clean and well stocked me and my daughter love it there!!!
