Hair 4 Kids

Hair cut was average but the speed and diligence by April was above average. Within 5 minutes my son was done! I will say don’t expect perfection. This is son’s first haircut outside. (I’ve been doing it at home) and I’ll say with some entertainment and distraction. April did it fast for $20!

I took my daughter here for her first haircut, and while the experience was okay, it was slightly disappointing. We had an appointment but still had to wait about 20 minutes. The salon seemed short staffed, and there were several chairs that weren’t being used, which made the wait a bit frustrating. The haircut itself also felt a little rushed. I also wasn’t aware ahead of time that the salon is cash only. Thankfully, they do have an ATM on site, which was helpful. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and did follow what I asked for with the haircut. Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience, but if I decide to go back, I would probably try going on a weekday instead.

Unsure of the stylists name (she has blonde hair) but she did a fantastic job on our child’s hair today! It was his first haircut ever and he was calm and she did so well with him. Very quick and tear free experience! Will definitely be back :) recommend to others.

I can’t believe I haven’t written a review for here yet. We had my daughter’s first haircut here, and we keep going back because they are just wonderful. My daughter is pretty easy with haircuts, but I have seen plenty of other kids come here who are less than thrilled to get a haircut. Every staff member is patient, kind, and talented. From toddler meltdowns to fidgety kindergartners to neurodiverse needs, I’ve seen so many kids walk out with beautiful haircuts and smiles. The stylists at Hair 4 Kids really are magic.

My daughter is autistic and hates anything touching her head including brushes so I knew that getting her hair cut was going to be a huge challenge. The lady who did my daughter’s hair (found out she is the owner) was so sweet to my daughter (and us parents) and worked quickly to make it so it wasn’t as traumatic to my daughter as it was in the past at a different salon. She also made sure that we were happy with the cut, which was exactly how we wanted her hair. Definitely coming back here for now on!!!!!
