Hahn's Beauty Supply

This is my second time visiting Hahn’s Beauty. I try to stock up on supply’s when I go back to the mainland, so I’m not paying ridiculous pricing. I came here because I needed a courser texture of braiding hair in a different color than what I had on hand. I was greeted upon entering and after about 5 min was asked if I needed help. Pleasant experience! No complaints! Now keep in mind I do not expect the same variety or quantity that you would see in the mainland beauty supply stores. However, I am thankful for Hahn’s beauty supply recognizing there is a demand for what they supply here on the island.

I would like to know what is the purpose of having a business that caterers towards certain customers but you’re not willing to help them??? In all honesty they need to be reported to the BBB because this is ridiculous. There has to be away to hold them accountable for treating people poorly. Like I don’t understand being discriminatory towards the number one customers that you’re trying to sell to I mean, is this a set up to make people feel uncomfortable?

Beauty supply stores are already pricey, so I’m not shocked by the high prices here—but I’m definitely happy this place exists! Pro beauty supplies are limited in the area, so it’s great to have a spot with hair products and weave essentials. Downside? The track selection is slim (was hoping for straight hair but mostly saw Expression), and I was expecting a bigger range of individual lashes. But overall? If you need hair products and essentials, they’ve got you covered!

I love this place because they have the most variety of braiding hair and products. Customer service is great, but I do believe the prices are pretty crazy. $47 for 2 packs of braiding hair when its $20 for 5 packs on amazon. I would say, ask what the prices are when you are looking through the store, so that the cost adds up right at register, because I remember being told $12 a pack a few months ago, so $47 did not make any sense.

I am a self braider and this is the only place I go for hair supplies! I haven't found any other stores that have the products they have. The prices are a little high compared to the mainland but that's to be expected everywhere out here. It's still affordable. I'm just grateful that they always have everything I need! Mike is really nice and friendly, and he takes care of his customers well. Sometimes they give discounts, sometimes free gifts!
