I came for medium sized marley twists. I arrived when they first opened and still ended up waiting an hour before the owner even touched my hair.. There were only two other customers arriving at the same time that I arrived. An hour or so later the owner leaves to buy herself and sister something to eat and left me sitting there for 1/2 hour or so. She passed me off to her sister who ended up doing the other side of my head shorter than the length that I asked for. I mentioned this to her and she to tried to blame it on the amount of hair I bought. I spoke with her the day before and she told me she had some marley hair but didnt have enough to do a whole head...that's why i bought my own hair. If they cared about how it comes out then it shouldn't matter the type of hair I purchased. Long

I came here about two years ago to get cornrows on my natural hair. I was yelled at for not blowing out my hair and my hair being too coarse. The lady told me that next time if I came with my hair not completely blownout she would not even bother doing my hair. I learned my lesson and found another braid shop that does a better job, great prices and able to work with my hair texture. Go here if you want bad customer service and to be overcharged and experience texturism.

The lady isnt hadja anymore but she does do a good job. Been there several times and semi satisfied because she always changes the price from what was discussed previously on the phone. I had got box braids twice and yes i liked them but she is over priced. I guess thats the price for this area. But she does braid good and didnt really have a problem with the braids coming out.

I love her, she is the only person I allow to touch my hair. I have very fine hair and my edges don't fall out and my hair grows with her. Her shop is quiet and clean. Very nice lady.
