I regularly receive body and energy work from Ryan at Align body works. His hands have helped me heal my lower back pain and his energy work has left me centered and invigorated. Ryan is in a league of his own—his unique style delivers exactly what you need at any given moment during your session. He notices subtle shifts in energy and is able to seamlessly adjust the care he delivers to cater to those changes. As an active yoga practitioner, teacher, mother, and believer of holistic medicine, I am so thankful to have found Ryan and consider him my secret weapon when it comes to body and energy work.

I began working with Ryan after a major health scare four years ago. Since then, he has helped me vastly improve my life through yoga, meditation, and bodywork. I’ve been seeing Ryan for the last five years and he has improved my health and wellness dramatically. My posture is more aligned and my mood is always lifted after my sessions. I have a lot of shoulder pain from my job and he works that out along with my head and neck issues. I sometimes struggle with anxiety and just overall life stress. I have stumbled upon the greatest treasure, Ryan Hader! I have had quite a few body work sessions with Ryan and each experience was different then the other. Now, I get massage on a regular basis but now I mix in a body work session every 5-6 weeks between massage appointments. The kneading and stretching of the muscles through a layering technique he uses (his mind can read the body...amazing) really helps to free up tight and restricted areas. Ryan is very intuitive and knows what I need every appointment. There have been appointments where I have left feeling the calmest for as long as a week. I would highly recommend Ryan Hader to anyone looking to feel better physically and mentally. He is an exceptional master of body and movement. He is also a fantastic yoga instructor. I am a pr
