H2 Nails

Today, I went in to get a new set and was very excited. However, the nails are too long, too thick, and not the shape I wanted. I tried letting the nail tech know multiple times, and she made an effort to correct them; however, she did not quite understand. I decided to okay then nails due to her frustration after asking multiple times. But I really do not like them. I’d rather have no nails on than these. They are big and bulky - I think the skill needed was lacked. Often times, getting your nails done is exciting and relaxing, but it was not that for me. Update: The shop owner was very nice and had me come in today. Another nail tech fixed my nails and made the experience worthwhile

If I could give 0 stars I would. I decided to change from my usual nail salon (pink nails and spa) because they charge less for add ons but I was very disappointed with my service. I came for a simple pedicure with acrylic on big toes but got charged 61 instead of 45. I don’t think he thinks I noticed but The technician who worked on my feet made a stank face while working on my feet and he began speaking to his colleague in their language (the skinny young man that stays by the door) and that colleague began to chuckle/laugh so that made me assume they were talking badly about my feet(I had some callous). When it’s time to pay I see my total is not what I ainticipayed but by now it’s too late since he already did the service but I got charged for gel polish when I never asked for gel. He

Got my nails done here last week and was super satisfied! I got a fullset of gelx with designs. Price was very reasonable compared to other salons I've been too. My technician was super sweet and made sure I liked the shape of my nail, color and design. She was super careful with my nails which I appreciated a lot. Would totally comeback here! 100% recommend

The staff was friendly but not very engaging. The salon was clean and well organized. The pedicure chairs have amazing massage features that even do your arms. Waited about 20-30 mins after my appointment time before being seen but also scheduled day of. They did a great job with the actual pedicure. Polish looked great, everything was cut evenly. I would definitely recommend.
