I just started an account with hp koppelman, and it has been a nightmare. According to hp koppelman my account had been active enough for an invoice of over $300. Come to find out that their newspaper delivery person has been delivering MY newspapers to another store. I called and done to someone in distribution, and they assured me that the problem will be fixed. This was Monday 10/06/2020. On 10/07/2020 still no newspapers, On 10/08/2020 I received newspapers, I called distribution and got a voice mail, starting that the business hours are 7am to 3pm Monday through Friday, and that they were on the phone helping other customers. I left numerous voice mails, and hit no reply. Today I received my newspapers with a hand written message from the gas station mercy door to my business s
