The massage itself was excellent — very relaxing and well done. Unfortunately, the overall experience was ruined by very poor customer service. I paid for my service online through Groupon, and when the session ended, the staff looked at me as if they were expecting something more. They directly told me I had to leave a tip. I understand tipping is common, but it should be optional, and the customer should decide the amount. I left $10 as a tip, and the woman became upset and said it was too little. At the end of the day, a tip is a gratuity, not a requirement — especially when no specific percentage is clearly stated anywhere. Being pressured and made to feel uncomfortable after an otherwise great massage completely ruined the experience. Because of this, I would hesitate to return or

While massage was ok, scheduling session is pretty bad. We had booked appointment couple of days in advanced for 2pm, but when we reached place on our appointment day, they didn't have anyone available for that time slot. We were asked to wait over an hour for someone to be available; what's the point of appointments if you're not going to honor it!! We ended up cancelling that day and come another day after booking in advance and reconfirming room/masseur availability on our appointment day..

Went in today at 1:30 for a pre-paid appointment scheduled days in advance online though Groupon. They told us we didn't have an appointment and to come back at 2:15. Inconvenient but totally understandable that things happen. When we walked in again she came to the front and said "oh, you came back." They got someone else to come speak to us, who then got someone on the phone to tell us they don't have room but they can see us at 3:00. When I pressed and started asking questions, they told me 3:30. We are just going to try to get our money back through Groupon. I'm not one to leave reviews often but it feels like something to warn other customers about.

We’ve been twice now for the one hour foot massage. So relaxing and comforting. The only complaint is that we have to get up and walk out once we are done! Can’t wait to schedule a full body massage.

I would do 3.5 stars if possible, great massage overall (got the 1 hour $70) but I wasn’t expecting to tip or that it was customary. I felt coerced into tipping when I didn’t want/expect to, it felt very forced.
