I didn’t like how they treated me when I came in. I was trying to decide what type of wig I wanted. And they hovered over me. Then walked away for a moment and then stood way too close to me. I thought it was disrespectful. I wasn’t sure if they were trying to rush me or if they were trying to stereotype. It was my first time in the store. And I wanted to see what they had. Either way it was uncomfortable.

Great customer service. Eager to sell but super nice and affordable. I went in for a couple of things and came out with a bag full of stuff. Satisfied

Requires $5 minimum purchase to use a debit or credit card. Which is illegal business practices. Businesses only do this in low income/ethnic areas because they know their customers are not aware that it is illegal. I did not complete my purchase and will not return to this business.

I called to see if they carried Wahl hair clipper oil. The gentleman said "yes". He then also gave me the size bottle and price over the phone. I stopped in 30 minutes later, he guessed what I was after immediately, grabbed the oil and out the door I went. Quick and polite service.

Not a lot of options as far as braiding hair and its pricey, but they have the necessities. If you need beauty supplies, hair products, wigs, or basically anything else, they have it. The staff that was there when I went was also super friendly and didn’t bother me at all outside of a hello when I came in.
