Came in today after being a previous client and asked just for my split ends to be cut. She showed me maybe 3 inches would be cut off the overall length and I was on board. Much to my surprise, all in all, about 8 inches was taken off the overall length of my hair. It's about 3 inches from my shoulders when I went in with it almost to my waist. Highly disappointed and honestly devastated. My previous experience was much better, but this time was a huge blow to my confidence. Just make sure you're checking in throughout the cut with your stylist since it's a bit difficult to know what's going on behind your head until it's done.

I got my hair done by Maddie today, and she did amazing. She was super nice and very friendly, and did an amazing job with my messy curls. I will definitely be going back.

Maddy was amazing and so nice! She did something a little different and I loved it. The vibe in the shop is cheerful and friendly! And as always Heather is amazing!

Had my face waxed in a long time. She was gentle and explained the whole time. Will def book with Lori again!
