I’m very disappointed with the service I receive, from Sara. I was extremely specific about what I wanted: a deep, rich purple hair color with very blonde highlights, starting at the roots and going all the way down. What I ended up with was a faded purple from around my ears down, with random blue streaks that I never asked for. Please see pics of hair directly after. To make matters worse, I asked for a light trim just to clean up the dead ends, and instead, about two full inches were cut off. This was not what I asked for or expected. I paid $130 for something that doesn’t reflect what I clearly communicated. I left the salon feeling unhappy and frustrated. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.
