I had my wisdom tooth pulled at this office. Terrible experience!!! 5 days after my wisdom tooth surgery I was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t sleep or eat anything. I called the office and asked to meet with the doctor someone at the front desk to me that the doctor was out of office. Her schedule me to meet with him the following day, I arrived at my appointment told the doctor that I was in a lot of pain he insisted his fingers inside of my mouth and said, you are just Swollen. Every thing looks normal. I asked for more medication they prescribed some steroid and send me away. He was very dismissive, not willing to listen to what I had to say didn’t care about my pain. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. No regards for him being.

My wife had her wisdom teeth removed. She has been in incredible pain for over a week now. She went for a follow up to see if she possibly had a dry socket or infection. The doctor apparently just jammed his finger right in her already super painful mouth and told her everything was fine and sent her on her way. Today we are able to see she has bone fragments coming up out of her gums. What is to be done about this? Why was this not discovered yesterday by the doctor? Why was she dismissed and why were her pain complaints not taken seriously? A lot needs to be done by this office to rectify this. Update: Now they are trying to claim they never even took her teeth out. She didn't take her own teeth out, that's for sure. How do they even know who I'm referring to in my review. I didn't ment

I have to say this place is great. I got my wisdom teeth pulled here and have yet to have any complications. Dr. Zuck and his team were also amazing , and I definitely felt like I didn't have to worry while there. They also prayed for me, so from a spiritual standpoint I was comfortable and felt at home.

Edit: No, I did not mix this place up with somewhere else. You either removed me from your system after I never had my initial appointment due to waiting in the waiting room forever and never being seen, or you’re just saying that to avoid a negative review. This place is terrible! I made my appointment for just a consultation weeks in advance and made sure I could leave work in time to make my 4:00 appointment. They called me 2 days before my appointment and left a voicemail saying they needed to move up my appointment a "smidge". I assumed that meant like 30 minutes or so and planned to call them back the next morning since I got the message after hours. They called and left another message the day before my appointment before I had a chance to call them saying again that they needed to

I had my Wisdom tooth pulled and had the most horrible pain after a week I still could not eat. I called Friday and the office was gone for the day. But I asked to speak to the on call Doctor no one ever called me back. It is not Tuesday and still no call back. Thank God I was able to see another doctor and my dentist and they helped fix the issue.
