My son and I have been going to Carol for our haircuts for several months now. I really like that Carol takes the time to understand what it is that the customer wants done with their hair, and asks questions every step of the way to make sure they are comfortable. Today I went to her to have a color done. I had tried a different salon and had a bad result and wanted it to be fixed before the holidays. Carol was not only able to fit me into her schedule on short notice, but she also fixed the problem and give me exactly what I had wanted in the first place. She has over 40 years of experience and every time I go to her salon it shows. She knows how to communicate and goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy.
