Shana has been my hair dresser since 2009 she's amazing I follow her where ever she goes she listing to what you want just make sure to be honest about your hair routine and if you box dyed it before or bleached it before and if you do a color always make sure to use a clarifying shampoo the day before your appointment that always helps no matter where you go
