Great haircut the first time got me going back. Great haircut every time. Great conversation. Great price. Old school barber shop. I highly recommend going here if you're in northern lake county. I won't go anywhere else.

First haircut in four years, old gray haired unkempt pony tail man look when I went in, great haircut and beard trim when I walked out. Mel the barber is a pro. She looked at my hair and went through some options, recognized some problems and in the end I was very pleased with her expertise and professionalism. I'm fairly picky about my haircuts and used to bounce around to different barbers in the Lake County Area until I went to Mel's and got a great looking cut, just the way I asked. Needless to say, I've been going back ever since. She's dependable and you can't go wrong here!

After going here I'm just upset I've been going to salons for such a long time and paying almost double for less. I'm a mid 20's guy and I'm really picky about my hair so I was nervous, but it's one of the best cuts I've had in a while! Walked in and got a cut right away. The price was very reasonable and the experience was great. If you're on the fence about going here just do it, you won't regret it. The shop was really homey feeling and laid back which is also a plus. More expensive isn't always better!
