I was told about Gull Lake Chiropractic about 2 years ago from my mother. I have had issues with headaches and neck pain for a while now. I figured I would go see if he could help me out since the chiropractor I was seeing didn't seem to helping. I called at that time ( no pandemic ) to make a new patient appointment and they got me one. Discussed my issues with Dr. Tom and he explained to me how we could fix it. We worked together on getting me adjusted the way I liked. The seat belt pull for me is absolutely amazing. From top to bottom it really "pops" . Puts me in a whole new world. I've been with him ever since. It's a pretty laid back place. May be a bit old school but he really knows his stuff. Give it a try.

After 2 visits in the last 8 months, which I paid for at the time of service, I am being invoiced for the complete cost of both visits again, and threatened with being sent to collections if I do not pay for their services a second time. When I called to dispute the charges I was told that they do not handle billing in their office, and that they base billing on who "signs in", not who has "already paid." When I called their "billing" number during business hours I was greeted by going straight to a voicemail box. If you do not handle billing in your office you should not be charging clients during the visits. It seems as though their entire billing system is woefully incompetent and wildly unorganized. I would avoid coming here altogether, but if you must, make sure they do not charge yo

10/10 do not recommend. I had been seeing Dr Tom on and off for about 3 years. I had been through many TDYs and deployments and would always follow back up upon return and pick right back up. I appreciated the small-town office setting. However, while away for training I get a phone call from collections owning well over $100 dating back to 2021. I had been in and out of that office many times and was never notified of any bill/balance nor did I receive a statement or a simple phone call. After being notified from collections, I had called the office and spoke with Dr. Tom and he had said to call back and talk to Joicy and he would get it taken care of. Well that didn't happen, Joicy referred me to their billing and its been two weeks and I have not been able to get ahold of anyone and e
