Update: Following the owner’s response to my original review, I attempted to contact the business as instructed to resolve the matter. I called three times, reached voicemail each time, left two messages, and have received no response. While the reply posted here implies urgency and concern, there has been no effort to follow through. At this point, the lack of communication speaks louder than the response itself. I am disappointed, but not surprised, and feel it’s important for others to know that concerns may be acknowledged publicly yet ignored privately. The massage itself was technically good, but the overall experience felt off. The person who performed the massage was in street clothes, while someone else in scrubs handled payment, which was unusual and unexpected. I was also asked if there were areas that needed extra focus, but instead of that being extra attention, the entire 60-minute massage was spent only on my back. I’ve never had a full-length massage that didn’t include arms, legs, hands, or feet. I’m actually sore from so much time on one area. As a single mom and teacher, I was really looking forward to full-body relaxation and left feeling disappointed.

Great therapeutic massage and stretch session. Very good for athletes and active people. Equally great for busy workers to alleviate stress and anxiety.

I was able to call and a get a massage same day. Service was excellent. Fernando did a great job. Definitely a gem of a place.

We are a couple with a friend heading up the Gulf Coast for the day and stopped in at Edgewater Mall. We found this wonderful massage and Spa conveniently in the mall. Thinking there was no way we would get lucky the three of us dropped in to see if a massage was possible. Within 30 minutes we were all three accommodated to wonderful 60 minute massages! I cannot stress enough how professional and outstanding the three of our massage therapists were; we are three relaxed noodles now. Thank you!!!
