Went for highlights... She left the bleach in some areas too long and fried all my hair. Don't trust her with your hair. She tried blaming it on me first I was moving too much and now it's because I had products in my hair. If she was truly a professional and my hair was unworkable then why did she even touch it. There is nothing that can be done to fix this mess and it has taken years to get to this length. All can do is cut off and cry. Do not go to her if you value your hair.

Grace is great. Prices are very reasonable.

Guille, the owner didn't show up for my appointment. I had been referred to her by my neighbor. She told her employee that she didn't cut my neighbor's hair that it was this older lady, her mother in law who cut it. I called my neighbor to double check and she told me that it indeed was Guille. Talk about unprofessional and a straight up lie! Very disappointed!
