On my special day I went to Guillerma looking for a completely new look. From the start, Guillerma was very honest she explained to me that because of the colors that I had in my hair, she couldn’t guarantee the exact color I wanted. We both agreed and selected a different color and she explained why and made me feel comfortable. I trusted her, and she absolutely delivered. The transformation was real there’s a noticeable “before vs. after.” If you want a stylist who tells it like it is and still gets the job done with care, this is the place.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I paid $177 for a hair coloring service and asked for a bright red color, but I received a dark red/purple shade. When I went back to have it fixed, the owner was not at the salon. One of her employees called her and put the call on speaker. The owner spoke to me in a very rude and condescending way, not realizing that her staff and other clients could hear everything. I felt extremely embarrassed and uncomfortable, and I also felt that I was discriminated against because of my skin color. If I had been disrespectful to her, I would understand her speaking to me that way. But I approached her kindly and was still threatened and treated badly. This is unacceptable; no one should be threatened or disrespected in that way under any circums

Love this salon!! They understand the different hair types, coloring, and cutting. They are very honest about the work that they do, and make recommendations based on your hair type. You feel comfortable when you walk in and you leave looking beautiful!! The prices are very decent in comparison to many other expensive salons. Highly recommend!

This place is horrible. They gave me a healthy trim just for my ends to still look damaged. The heat protectant they used were not good quality. They were very low quality. Don’t tell customers you know how to deal with their hair type if you don’t Highly recommend not going here, never supporting their business again
