Amazing. I saw Dr. Waite for botox of my masseter muscles to relieve the pain and tension of chronic TMJ, and four days later, I honestly can't believe how effective this treatment was. I'd shied away from it mostly because it is an expensive treatment no matter where you go, but when I factored in the massages I'd gotten that only gave me 1 day of relief plus the $500 of dental work I had to have done due to my teeth grinding, it was a no-brainer! Dr. Waite is also a dentist, so she has an incredible knowledge of facial anatomy, and was instantly able to recognize where my pain was stemming from. She also was able to answer my questions about the effectiveness of a mouthguard vs. botox treatment. If you're afraid of needles, don't worry. She is an expert! I promise if you're going for TMJ
