She used high-quality organic products, and her process was gentle but effective. Not only did she achieve the perfect platinum tone, but she also made sure my hair stayed healthy throughout the process. Tita was my hair stylist for this project, I am a very picky person when I comes to someone messing with my hair when I comes to chemicals but I trusted Tita, I told her I wanted my hair a certain pink color. And she did an excellent job with my hair. It came out perfect, I was a brunette brunette and I didn't think that we were going to get the color that I wanted. But it happened we were both in shock, as long as you trust your stylist to let them work on you as they should, you'll get your results. Now it's been a week and it's like a pale pinkish color which is the middle picture. Now as I write this later review it's time for another visit.. but side note when its ur first time getting ur hair color know itll take all day. But it's well worth it. We were so lucky this salon was open on a Sunday afternoon. The stylist helped my daughter with her extremely tangled hair (only a few tears) and her cut keeps receiving compliments weeks later! Very reasonably priced cuts, we will definitely be returning here!

Took my daughter for a simple hair cut 💇‍♀️. Asked for the ends to be trimmed and SIDE bangs. Walked out with Dora La Exploradora hair cut, or worse. So clearly she misunderstood, i turn around to sit down and my daughter has full on bangs. Not even cute bangs. Short awkward bangs away above her eyebrows way below her forehead. To make matters worse she took no fault for her mistake, instead just said don't pay and don't come back. Umm yeah clearly we won't be coming back and obviously I was not going to pay for something I didn't ask for. But then made a comment "pay me and I'll fix it" excuse me? Brought my girl in to get the Brazilian hair treatment and she was very happy. Luz is a very nice lady gives great haircuts and other hair services. Highly recommend.
