GT Nail

Me and my daughters decided to get manicures and get our nails done. they were all very kind and they were so nice and they did such a great job. I really enjoyed the experience and I will definitely be back. Something to remember if you do just walk in and you don’t make an appointment and tell them what you want if they don’t have enough people there or they don’t have the time to do it because they want to do it the right way then just call back and make an appointment to get it done

I walked in here for the first time around 2:45pm today, and I asked for someone to remove my acrylic nails and to give me a gel manicure. There was a rude Asian lady who said she doesn’t have time for that. She said she was by herself (which wasn’t true because there was another nail tech there). I just walked out. The hours posted on the door said they close at 6pm. I didn’t even go back and forth. I’ll take my money where it’s welcomed. I will not be going back!

Very rude! Act like they don’t need your business. Didn’t do anything I asked them to. I went in for a manicure, and I went out with gel. And the nail polishes not even good she messed up and didn’t even fix it. Anytime you ask questions it’s just can’t speak the same language can’t understand so I’m just screwed. Nails never got cleaned cuticles never trimmed. Beyond disappointed, and will never come back. Also, she answers the phones telling everybody they’re too busy and not taking any more customers when it’s 2 1/2 hours to closing.

My 1st time here and will not be going back.. First the lady that attended to me was polite but come to find out I overpaid for what I did not get. I paid $60 and she rushed to get to the next person. Was shocked when she just applied acrylic polish on my feet and hands and didn't even clean my feet. When I inquired stating thats the main reason I came to the place in the first place.... an older lady dismissively stated, " we will do it next time you come". Was very upset.

I have never felt bad about myself because of having psoriasis, but the woman at this salon seemed real intent on making sure that I did. I walked out without a pedicure after being talked to rudely multiple times and I will never be back here. I have never been forced to interact with someone so rude and ignorant and I am glad that I probably never will again.
