Lan is amazing! Using hard wax has been a game changer for my skin. The salon is cute, calm, & relaxing. Tucked away in DTC makes parking super easy.

Holly is very Unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable The way she interacted with my husband during his Manzillian, which you think they would have respect for their customers. When this was brought to management's attention, I was told I would get a call from the Owner Mike and I never did. We've been going to this Business for over 8 years, and I'm very disappointed, what a shame. Im totally sad

LAN is literally a queen. She’s amazing at her job and makes you feel so comfortable. I only have amazing things to say about her and Grotto. I’ve told my friends about this place :)

I’ve tried a few sugaring studios and finally found my home! Josie does a wonderful, consistent job, and is comfortable to talk to! The studio is clean, welcoming, central, and I’ve been super happy with the prices. Don’t sleep on Grotto DTC!

I came in today and saw Maria for the first time for an eyebrow wax and she was awesome! Professional, great conversation, and she brought my brows back to life! I will definitely be back!
