GROTTO skin and lash lounge

I had been struggling with acne and redness and my sister recommended I go see Morgan. I’m so glad I did! Grotto is the cutest place and while I’ve only had my facials with Morgan, all of the other girls I’ve seen in passing there have been so sweet and personable. It’s a laid back, relaxing vibe all the way around. I had my first facial in August, and Morgan made sure to explain every step to me and what to expect. She’s super sweet and personable, but also super knowledgeable and asks a lot of questions to better understand what your skin needs are. Since August, I’ve been going once a month and always look forward to my appointments. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my skin, and honestly could probably switch from acne treatment facials to regular facials now. I’ve recommended Grotto

I have been going for about 6 months now and absolutely love it. I have gotten many different services and I would recommend them all. My sister has now joined in as well!! I see Morgan and she is the best she works through my schedule to make sure I can always get in. She never lets me down and always does a fantastic job!!

I have visited this space many times and it is always so clean. The girls there are so talented and really show they care with everything they do in their services. Everyone was welcoming and professional. I was hired to take brand / marketing photos for them and you can just tell the care and intention they put into everything they provide. I highly recommend GROTTO for your skincare and lash extensions.

Jamie, the owner, is warm, personable, and incredibly talented at assembling a team of estheticians who reflect her kindness and expertise. If you have kids who are curious about skincare, bring them along! I brought my daughter and niece for a little pampering today, and they left absolutely glowing and overjoyed. It’s been the highlight of their day! The team made them feel like royalty with cozy robes, headbands, and even played Taylor Swift for them. Truly an exceptional experience from start to finish!
