Edit: I did stop going to this salon due to having called ahead and still having to wait to be serviced multiple times. I have stopped going since Feb '23, attempted to go back before my wedding in June and waited 50 minutes after my appointment time before walking out. I've been coming to this place since Jan 2021, they've actually helped me grow out my nails, which is a FEAT because I use my hands for work and they very often broke before coming here. They're always up for whatever design I want, and more often than not I have perfect nails when leaving

Called morning of and made a same-day appointment . Was very clear I needed to be gone by a certain time to relieve babysitter. They assured me they could do the services in the time frame. Gel Pedicure was good and older lady who did it was very kind. Appointment started late, and they left only 15 min to do a dip and design for nails. I got a French which is def not symmetrical, nails also not filed symmetrical or filed under enough (super thick and bumpy to the touch), technician was curt and seemed a bit impatient with me. Was not even given a full manicure with cuticles cut or arm massage or proper filing. Design on nails sloppy and off center. It all of course was rushed through because not enough time was left to do. And I ended up leaving 20 min after the time they said it could be

This elegant nail salon was not only relaxing but rejuvenating also! Beautiful salon with high attention to detail and customer service! I loved the classical music and the whole experience- Thank you!
