Grooming Room

Reid was extremely unprofessional. Explained that I needed a 3 on the side and 1 inch off the top. Nothing unusual. He turned me away from mirror. I could tell within a minute that he was not doing that. I asked him why I couldn't see and he said that as long as I gave him instructions and that was all was needed. I waited patiently until he was done. He didn't take anything off the side and barely a half inch off the top. When I said that he didn't take enough off, he got really upset. He then proceeded to butcher the top. I went to pay and he yelled at me across the barber shop that it was free. He berated me in front of other staff and customers. I went down to supercuts and Maria used a three and cut off at least half an inch. She couldn't do anything about the top except

Extremely unprofessional experience with a barber named Reid at The Groom Room. He spoke to my 8-year-old son in a harsh, bullying tone, then shushed me repeatedly when I intervened — all in front of other customers. Management apologized afterward, but no one else addressed it. Avoid Reid at all costs.

I was referred to “The Grooming Room” by a close friend & overall had a very pleasant experience. Ask for Abi and you will NOT be disappointed- she’s quick, precise and did a fantastic job on my son’s hair. Would recommend- will be coming back!

The Grooming Room is a great place to get a haircut or a shoe shine. Everyone there is friendly and professional and provides excellent service. I have been a loyal customer for years and could not imagine going somewhere else as I always enjoy my time in the shop. Abi was able to help me maximize my preferred style with my head and face shape and style it to work with my specific hair texture and I always leave feeling handsome. Whether you’re looking for a quick, quiet cut; a friend to give you good style or someone to shape your beard they’re a trustworthy bunch even with a straight razor to your neck.

I’ve been following Abby for years because of her immaculate work at Grooming room. She transformed me from a bald fade to a combover that has gotten me compliments and numerous dates over the years. I also appreciate the shoe cleaning services while you get a cut. 20/10 recommend
