I’ve seen Nikki a couple times now and she’s been great every time. Super knowledgeable, pays attention to detail, and really knows what she’s doing. The whole experience is easy and professional, and I’ve been happy with the results each visit. Highly recommend

I rarely leave negative reviews and have only left 5-star reviews for other businesses, but this experience deserves to be documented. I arrived for my appointment, checked in, and was never acknowledged by staff. No one said hello, no one communicated delays, nothing. I left after waiting and later received a call, only to be told I would still be charged a cancellation fee. Being physically present and still charged for “not showing up” is wild. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2022 and this is not how long-term clients should be treated. Extremely disappointing for what is supposed to be a higher-end salon. Anna always does such a great job! I have thick and wavy hair so I’m really picky about who cuts it. She always brings out the best of my hair and I always get an insane amount of compliments after one of her haircuts.
