Unprofessional. Used to trust this place with my hair but now cant even get a call back to set an appointment... Going elsewhere now.

The employees in Gaylord are lazy and need a lesson in customer service. I walked in yesterday and asked if they had any room for a walk in. One lady said she didn't know but would check. I sat down and at least ten minutes went by and she never went to the desk to check the appointment schedule. Then she asks what I wanted, just a trim I said and she said she would work me in, in a few minutes. Then an appointment came in and she told me I would have to wait. All she had to do was LOOK and tell me there was an appointment already booked. I could have been on my way. This is my last time , it will probably close down like all the other Grondins up here. Ignorant staff. Buyers beware..go else where.

Terrible service. End to talk to the manager about fixing my hair. I went for a trim. Had my beard butchered, the worst haircut I have ever had. Literally didn’t care at all.

Dorla and Heather are amazing, Great cut. Welcoming environment.
