I’m always pleased with my haircuts. Always just the way I want it, not what they want. It’s all about my wants and needs.

Doesn’t look at pictures and do what they want, not impressed mad annoyed.

No matter when you arrive for a walk in it seems they cannot be bothered to help you. Lived in clare for 4 years and only been able to get ONE trim. Snobby stylists who judge those who can't afford their commission based expensive shampoo. Just go to Mt. Pleasant if you don't want to spend $20 on a mediocre cut and bad experience all around

They claim they take walk-ins but that is false. My husband has been turned away twice now. My husband is a quick mens cut that usually takes on the average 10 minutes. The first time he was turned away, nobody else in the waiting area or in any of the chairs. They were standing around waiting on the next client who hd not even arrived. This time we were turned away upon entering. To many other places for my husband to go, so we won't bother with this place again, waste of time.
