I initially saw Crystal on her YouTube podcast after experiencing hair damage from several chemical treatments from two different salons where I live in FL. Crystal and I initially did a virtual consultation. During this time, the federal government had shut down and I couldn't schedule a flight without it being canceled, so I asked Crystal to recommend the products that I needed to help with the hair shedding until I could get to her in person to get a protein treatment and haircut. This was my first visit to Gresham Giles. I had an amazing experience during my appointment. Crystal and Ishiah work as an amazing team. Very professional and clean setting. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Crystal was amazing from the very beginning. She took the time to get to know me and what services I wanted and totally delivered. I showed her a photo and she did exactly that and beyond which was great since I added additional services the same day. Ishiah was very professional and explained each and every step of the services she rendered along the way. I would highly recommend Crystal and this salon for all of your hair care needs. Worth every penny. One of the best in Atlanta in my honest opinion.

I brought my 84 years old mother to this salon thinking that this lady, the owner, would take care of my Mom, give her a style that she could manage, and keep looking good until her next appointment. After she was done with my mother style, it looked like a wig had been placed on her head. The first thing my brother said when he saw my Mom style is that a wig. She permed my Mom's hair at her age of 84 she should not be getting a perm. Secondly, she colored her hair this brown red color, which didn't look good for her age. As her son, I was extremely disappointed with her service, and so was my brother. I tipped this woman for a horrible job, and total cost to me total cost to me $333.75.
