One of the best massages I’ve had here in Philly! My massage therapist did a great job at relieving my muscle tension from head to toe. I noticed that at at other spa places they focus on the shoulders and back, but this place was very thorough and the therapist did not leave any muscles unattended. In addition love the area. Parking near the area was easily accessible. Great schedule availability. Will definitely be back!

If you're looking for a superior therapeutic massage Greenland Spa it's just what you're looking for. Scheduling was easy, I find it best to call and make an appointment rather than just take my chances with walking in, I feel that works best for me, And we all know how it can feel when you're in the middle of a session and another customer walks in. I paid for my 60 minute session with cash but using a credit card is also an option. The spot itself is very clean with multiple rooms and tables. There's also a room with two tables in it for a couples massage if that's what you're looking for. Good location, clean space, friendly staff. Massage itself was okay. 90 minutes for $100, which is a steal for the neighborhood. I was asked to pay beforehand, paid in cash to avoid any surcharges read about in previous reviews. Would have preferred to be asked what areas to focus on (ex neck and shoulders). This did not occur. At the end, I asked for two $5 bills in exchange for a $10 bill. I was informed that there is a $30 tip for 90 minute massage. I intended to give $25 so this was a bit awkward. Overall, this is far from a rescue spa experience. Decent massage for the price and last minute availability.

Went for a last minute massage because of some upper back and shoulder pain. Adequate massage, but Not what I would call therapeutic. You will not be asked what type of massage you want or whether there are any special areas to focus on. Facilities are clean. Reasonably priced ($60 for 60 min). However, when I left, I was slapped with a “mandatory” $20 tip for a $60 service. On top of that, I was informed of a $5 credit card surcharge. The owner would be better off just raising prices and allowing customers to decide on tip. I left feeling annoyed and cheated. Don’t think I’ll go back.
