July 2025 A beautiful venue with outdoor ceremony space, ideal location for events of 150. Loft vibe with nice inclusion of Dj and Photo Booth. Open vendor options a plus. On site security. Restrooms in close proximity. Access to the loft via escalator or elevator. A large chef prep kitchen & spacious bridal suite. Additional parking is available, I do not recommend. A family member left the reception to show off his Corvette and while I paid an additional $500 for underground parking and security, he could not get back in so he left the event. Great downtown location & venue for those who prefer open catering, service, etc. Only suggestion is the need for an ice machine & food warmer. Overall, the day was lovely. Our daughter was pleased. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and this venue played a huge part in that. The space is beautiful, with the perfect mix of elegance and warmth, and it created an amazing atmosphere for both our ceremony and reception. The team was incredible—organized, responsive, and truly invested in making our day special. Everything ran smoothly, and we were able to relax and enjoy every moment. A special shoutout to our amazing DJ, Duke, who kept the energy high all night and made the dance floor unforgettable. We’re so grateful we chose this venue and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a seamless and unforgettable wedding experience.

The venue was great for our wedding, it was so beautiful! We had such a great time celebrating with all our family and friends. Our DJ Duke was amazing! We met with him a few days before the wedding to talk about the vibe we wanted and a list of songs we 100% wanted to hear that day. He played music that also went very well with the list of our "please play" songs! He was also very nice and you could tell he really cared about the craft of music and making sure we were happy and had fun! Best day of our lives! (March 1, 2026 became ❤️ Mr. & Mrs. Imparl! )

Very beautiful venue with lots of different types of spaces. The main space was perfect for the ceremony, dinner, and dancing - and the gallery space was great for our cocktail hour and offered a quieter area to rest during the reception. The outdoor area also offered a great backdrop for photos. We also loved the inclusion of the Photo Booth. Spencer and Callie were very helpful - not only on the day of, but in the time leading up to the wedding. Ryan, The DJ provided, was fantastic. We have had multiple guests comment on how much they like the music. He really brought great vibes to our reception. Highly recommend this venue, we had a great time!

I had the pleasure of catering a wedding here. Such a beautiful venue and a great Chicago neighborhood. Seperate room for cocktail hour, natural light, wood tables, friendly staff, great audio system, beautiful center console for a buffet. We used it for a dessert table. We provided custom Bar services, charcuterie grazing station, dessert table, tablescape as well as a family style dinner. Would love to work here again. Cheers! Chef Suzy of Chive Catering + Events
