Greenfield Nail Bar

Ive been going here since May 25'. I have always had a great experience. Today Bi did my nails and they are beautiful. So thanks for your hard work.

I was hesitant to post a bad review based on my one bad experience last time, but I’ve just had a second crappy manicure. The first two times I went here, the manicures were excellent. The third time, my manicurist was very rough (she split my skin with the nail file) and then, as my dip was drying, she told me to wait 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, I was sitting there looking confused while she was scrolling on her phone. Another manicurist dismissed me. No massage or anything. This time, the stylist didn’t touch my cuticles — and they need attention because I haven’t had a manicure in 6 weeks — left a bunch of nail polish on my fingertips, and again, no hand massage. I’d love suggestions on places in or very near to greenfield that suck less than this place. Update: went back on 8/15/202

Really not impressed with my service here. First time coming here to get my nails cleaned up and polish, my tech barely looked at me or talked to me and didn't ask how I wanted my nails shaped. I nails were done quick and I was brought over to dry the polish and I bumped my thumb and smudged a little. I had to call over my tech and tell her I smudged it and she came back over with polish and put an extra layer of colored polish over the dent and I can see the touch over now that's dried and it looks rather Sloppy. I was left to dry and my tech left me to work on someone else, leaving me to wonder when im supposed to get up and go. The thumbs seems to be the more smeared than the rest of my fingers but still. Might touch up my thumbs myself

I’ve been coming to the nail bar consistently for 3 months now- every 2 weeks. Every time I come in, they take me immediately with no appointment. I’ve had 3 different nail techs, and all three of them did a wonderful job on my nails. I got a full set in October and have been filling them every two weeks. The only reason I don’t give five stars is because I think the salon could be cleaner, and tidier, and they do not list prices anywhere easily visible in the salon. Chairs need a good wipe down, bathroom could use some attention on trash and floors but as far as service goes, I’ve been happy every time I’ve walked out.

Would give 0 stars if I could. As shown in the pictures, my nails were on less than a week before cracking and breaking. They usually last 3 weeks other places. The nails are also very bubbly. Do not go here except to waste money.
