I went here because I wanted a Full Brazilian Wax before my cruise the next day. It was Valentine’s Day and a very popular day but they were able to add me on for an appointment at the last minute. Lucia was amazing. I had the most relaxing wax of my life. It’s very clean and peaceful. The music was like meditation music. I will come back here whenever I am in South Florida.

Wonderful experience for my first time manscaping! I did shoulders, back, and nostrils with Delia Castallanos. She was great and made the experience comfortable, and she did an impeccable job. Whether you are female or male book with her and you will be glad you did.

I only have the best experience here. Everyone from the reception to the specialists are nothing but kind, professional, and accommodating. Honestly, the prices here are more than just fair — they're justified by the level of skill and care you receive. I’ve paid more at big-name franchises and walked away disappointed, but this place not only exceeded my expectations, it cost less. You can tell they really know what they’re doing, and that kind of expertise shows in the results.

Catalina at the front desk was rude. Why do you employ impolite young high schoolers? Told me to come and then canceled me. They don’t speak English. I came here for two years and they’ve been waving me when they could’ve offered the laser package to me and I probably could’ve saved hundreds of dollars. The prices are also a bit high.

Lucia is absolutely amazing! If I could give her 100 stars, I would! She makes you feel comfortable, is gentle (as one can be waxing, LOL), efficient, and moves incredibly quickly!
