I recently visited Green Stone Spa on Water Street in Dumbo Brooklyn. I went in very tense & stressed. Therapist-Alex was able to release my tight muscles so I could walk out pain free and left very relaxed with a sense of peace. They were very professional from the beginning booking my appointment, up to leaving with my next session appointment. I noticed a tremendous difference since new management took over... It is so easy to book online with their new website, including picking your session, your therapist and type of therapy session needed as they offer various types of massage. I had an incredible experience at this spa! I previously had a massage with Marina, which was excellent and set a high bar ,and the recent session with Amir was equally outstanding. Both therapist are highly skilled and professional, though they have their own unique techniques that leave you feeling completely rejuvenated.The atmosphere is calming, and the service is consistently top-notch. Whether you book with Marina or Amir, you are in great hands. Highly recommended!

Maria was amazing. I should have booked an hour session. The entire staff was nice and friendly. I will be going back every time I'm in town. I feel so relieved. Maria found the target areas where I was having the most pain and targeted those areas. She knows what she is doing and is very professional. If I were in town longer I would have booked 2-3 more sessions. Like I said I will be back once I'm in town again. Maria thank you for helping me today I’m making me feel much better. Strongly recommend Amir - I've been working with him for a couple months. He's outstanding at broad-based release, but is especially helpful at unravelling some of the 'stubborn' and more entrenched problem areas - he's released several of them entirely for me! Amazing.

They cannot confirm the gender of massage therapists… Extremely uncomfortable situation and won’t ever be going back. In response to your response, you were on speaker phone when he called asking to switch it to a female therapist and he told you otherwise he wanted to cancel. And you confirmed it was with a female - I heard it and you were extremely misleading. When a customer requests a specific gender massage therapist, you need to be very clear in your answer. And that’s correct, he did, because it’s rude to just walk out when you see that what was supposed to be your birthday present is a massage by a large man in pigtails.
