Greece Oral Surgery

I had a very positive experience with Greece Oral Surgery. I had a wisdom tooth that had come through years ago and was infected and needed to be extracted. Dr. Anderson was great, he explained everything and told me the second the tooth was out. I had no pain at all with the novocaine they used. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and everyone in the office was very nice and very professional. They even called me later in the day to see how I was doing. I highly recommend Greece Oral Surgery.

Went to Dr. Anderson to have my two lower wisdom teeth extracted. Very professional, well trained, knowledgeable staff. Had minimal pain, and virtually no swelling after the operation. From start to end my appointment was 30 minutes max. Highly recommend!

DO NOT PREPAY. I was assured my insurance would contribute and gave them instructions on how my 2 dental plans had to be billed. They told me that everyone needs to prepay then get reimbursed. This isn’t true. My company can only pay the provider. So 5 months later I have only gotten a tiny amount reimbursed as they refuse to send another form to my main dental plan. I got the insurance company involved yet this place refuses to send the form so I can get reimbursed. ALWAYS CALL YOUR PROVIDER AS TO THEIR PROTOCOLS BECAUSE THIS PLACE OBVIOUSLY DID NOT- and I’m out over $1200.

I honestly can't say enough about Dr Anderson. I have had him remove 3 teeth already and each time has been great. No Pain and the tooth was out before I knew it - he has been awesome. I am not sure what the problem has been with other patients going to him but I've had good experiences with him and the staff there. Sometimes they have very GRUMPY people come to the office and give them trouble which doesn't make things pleasant - I know the last time I was there there was a very grumpy old man who was miserable to EVERYONE - heck he even put me in a terrible mood so I know how the staff felt with him - he was terrible and I'll bet he was worse as a patient.

I have been to Dr Anderson at Greece Oral Surgery a number of times. I have always had a good experience--with my extractions, the doctor & the staff. I will always recommend Greece Oral Surgery to anyone looking for a good oral surgeon or someone dealing with implants. I am apprehensive of going to the dentist, but everyone there does their utmost to put me at ease! I am thankful for that & the excellent work that Dr Anderson does.
