Greatest Nails and Spa

I got my nails done 10 days ago. I had to go in today because one of them came fell off yesterday . I asked them if they can fix them they had an attitude as if it was my fault. Then I showed them there are coming off as if I got Press on nails. She’s telling me I have to pay to fix for their mess up. Like are you for real? You said to come in every 3 weeks to get a fill and today she said to come in every week and get a fill like seriously? This place is unprofessional I didn’t $180 for gel X nails and my pedicure. I don’t speak down in my pedicure the guy did an amazing job. From the start I had to constantly remind the guy doing my nails what color I wanted since he wanted to pick it. I don’t know much about nails since I haven’t not gotten them done since years back but I’m pretty sure

Love my nails as always. I won’t go anywhere else. They are so nice and wonderful.

I had previously gone to this site before and got a good job done. But today was very disappointing. The nails did not look like the photo inspo and they charged me $100. More than what was shown. They never said that they charged $10 extra for each nail when having designe. The nails design were not good at all. I had mention to the guy doing my nails that the lines needed more pigment and he brushed me off and left it alone. Did not change what was asked. He also added silver which I did not ask for.

Amazing service. I went here to get my nails done for my college graduation and they perfectly captured what I was aiming for. I wanted something elegant and with florals to match my dress. They always tripled checked in with me to make sure they got the right color and length. The day I came with my mom was really sunny and hot. They were so kind and gave my my mother and I free water bottles to drink. Overall a 5/5, they were so kind and nice,

I believe Tam did my nails (that’s the name I saw on the UV lamp). She did a beautiful job and they look so gorgeous.
