Greater Cuts

Awful experience with the owner. I came in for a trim and ended up getting more taken off. At the end of the haircut, the stylist says “I charge you more because of your longer hair” I was shocked. I’ve never had that happen to me before, I wouldn’t even consider my hair to be “long” , I’m a male and my hair was shaggy, but it was not long... I felt that the haircut was fine, but not great. given the situation, I gave her no tip. I always leave a tip anywhere I go, considering I’ve been a waiter for 5 years. But this was an awful experience. As I was leaving, she points to the receipt and says “you forgot you leave a tip!” I was astonished. The girl who cut my hair was EXTREMELY nice! :) Always asked questions to keep the conversation going. AND, when I showed her the way I wanted my hair cut.. It was pretty much spot on! Now we know how to cut my hair next time so that it's more along the lines of being perfectly cut.

I have been getting my hair cut here by Ann for about 10 years. She has always done a nice job. The cost is very reasonable and the service is good. I am still very happy to get my hair cut here as they always do a good job. 👍

My little sister came in for a haircut before school, she likes it to be a bit in the shorter side, and showed a picture and they cut it nothing like the photo. They butchered her hair, and she starts her Junior year in a few days. They basically left her with a short mullet, and she spent the car ride home crying. I went in to talk to them and they refused a refund or anything. I want to cry for her. She doesn’t want to go to school now. I could see it in the hair cutters face, she knows she messed up.

Walked in and got the haircut I asked for. She listened carefully and did a great job. They were very friendly and the price was great. I will be getting my haircut there from now on.
