Great Rewards Beauty Studio

I'm not sure how well they braid but the customer service was unfortunately lacking. My female friend scheduled for braids 5 days before the appointment. The lady said to send her pictures and that she would buy the hair. We sent her pictures and never received a response until after after appointment time passed. The lady said there was a water leak and all appointments had to be rescheduled. I walk by the store and see them serving a customer. I understand things happen, but prompt and honest communication would have been nice We would have liked to try this shop, but due to the poor customer service, we cannot recommend it. If you do, I hope you don't get the run around.
