Great Clips

As a woman, I'm always grateful and find it special when another woman takes the time to love on you, encourage you and uplift you. I came in very sad, upset with my hair. I needed a good cut in between my usual longer appointments. Elizabeth made me feel comfortable the minute I called inquiring about this location's services. So I asked for her when I came in. She helped calm my nerves down and helped me remember my hair was beautiful and it just needed a little tlc. And the ladies around her were equally noticeably welcoming and engaged with their customers. There's a reason this location has high ratings. I love going to Great Clips. The hair stylist are all very friendly and listen to you well. They make sure they understand what you want. I always use the online check in. It's great!

I visited this Great Clips after checking in online. There was a little bit of a wait when I first checked in, but I pulled up to the salon just as it was my turn and I waited no time in the salon to be serviced. Reese was the lovely young lady to cut my hair and she did amazing. She was very particular about asking me how much length to trim as I had the goal to grow out my hair, and she truly only cut off what was dead and nothing more. She also asked me a lot of questions on my preferences and made sure I was happy before sending me home. Overall, very satisfied and I hope I can request her next time. Thank you Reese

Katherine was AMAZING with my daughter and I. My daughter had just had a traumazing experience with a smart style who took 8 inches off instead of the requested 3 inches and left it uneven. Kathrine took the time to explain what she was going,did everything she could to take the least bit of length off, and was extremely polite and reassuring / encouraging with my daughter. Thank you so much!!

Update: I went in yesterday for a late cut and lady's arre all awesome here, they took me in and got me all done. Thank you so much for your service! Previous review: I love getting a haircut here. All the stylists are great people and talented. Lacey the manager is such a great manager and stylist. She is always welcoming and accommodating.
