Great Clips

Drove 45 min up to this great clips at 330 and they are open till 5 with only 2 people sitting waiting and I get told they aren't taking any more customers. Never again. I've been a customer at great clips for the last 15 years. But I will never again use them after the way I was just rudely turned away when when they had plenty of time to do a 10 min haircut. Ridiculous.

Stopped taking customers two hours before close. They were rude about the communication. Get more help or shut it down already.

I will never be in to this great clips again. Their receptionist is incredibly rude. I expressed a concern about the wait times and the blonde receptionist was incredibly rude. Avoid this great clips if you enjoy quality service or any decent respect.

Staff were very rude to a customer. He was just trying to find out how long it would take to get a haircut he had signed up online previously so he was in the system. Staff weren't responding to him eventually things got heated and he was asked to leave. Another staff actually gave him a haircut cuz he had prepaid. People need to be a little more patient even if they're busy.
