Worst haircut experience — completely unprofessional. This was my first time at this Great Clips location, and it was a huge mistake. I clearly showed the stylist, Farrah, a reference photo of my own previous hairstyle. I specifically told her not to make it medium or short and to keep my hair long, especially because my hair has natural curls/rings. She confirmed she understood. Instead, she trimmed more than required, removed all the curls, and did the exact opposite of what I requested. It felt like she had already decided how my hair should look and just wanted to finish the task without caring about the customer’s instructions. Farrah, Laney, and Tamara were working when our family of 4 arrived. They were so great with our kids and so professional. The culture of this Great Clips is really wonderful. You can tell these three really enjoy what they do and get along well. They all interacted with us and our children. We will only visit this location now. Thank you for a great experience ladies!

Tamara has been cutting my hair for the past 7 years at Great Clips. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is consistent, friendly, and has experience.

One star only because of red headed Stylist “Laine” Don’t expect to get want you asked for because she’ll do what ever she wants to do anyway. Second time she screwed my hair up and both times had to have someone else fix it. Manager and other staff are great. Not sure if I’ll go back or not but if I do, Laine won’t be cutting my hair.

Absolutely horrible and vile. Showed the worker what I was going for and she completely ignored it and didn't even look at the picture (I'll show before and after) I asked for CURTAIN BANGS AND LAYERS, and came out with a hideous bob from the 80s, no care, didn't listen, and did whatever she wanted even when I tried to correct her. I had multiple references and had this haircut before and knew how it was supposed to look. Would and will never go back. If you want your hair to look good go to any other location but this one. The other thing is I was in queue after my mother and I was skipped for walk ins 3 TIMES IN A ROW. They do not care about customer service at all. I checked in online and was completely ignored for almost an hour.
