Great Clips

I went in for a U-shaped haircut with long layers, and Octavia did an amazing job! I was nervous that the layers might look choppy on my straight hair, but she blended them perfectly. Check-in is easy with the app, and I was able to be seen right away. Great prices as well!

I came to this location for a haircut and was told I could not be serviced because the stylist believed I had lice/nits. The stylist only checked a small section of my hair before calling a second person, who said the same thing without doing a full, careful examination. I left feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable. To be certain, I immediately went to another salon and even offered to pay $10 if they could find a single nit or louse. The staff there took their time, examined my scalp thoroughly, and confirmed there were no lice at all, only mild dandruff. They completed my haircut without any issues. Went in for a trim and have it thinned out. I have very thick hair and have my whole life, so I’ve had plenty of haircuts where thinning shears have been used. Have NEVER been missing a chunk of hair afterwards though. You can see in the photo the length it’s supposed to be (with surrounding hair) vs where that piece was hacked off.

I always have a great experience at this Great Clips. The service is professional, prompt, and just what I ask for. Also, you can’t beat the price. Would highly recommend to others!!
