Great Clips

I took my son here for a haircut and came out with a bigger mess on my hands. I showed hairdresser, Carmen, the picture of what we wanted AND explained short on the sides and back but keep it long on top. Like undercut fade. She seemed confused off the bat. I explained again faded up to the top leaving the length on top. She ask what guard I said two. First I had to stop her from given him a mullet. She barely went up the sides and back with the 2 guard. She went to cut the front/top and I said not too much. About the eyes (I rather take a little off at a time. You can't put it back). She said "yes, see" and showed me with this huge comb. Before I could that was too much, CHOP, she cut off upto his eyebrows!!! How is that what I said. I got a haircut here today with Lisette. My hair is really heavy and thick, and it was so long that it was giving me headaches. I asked for layers to help with the volume, and so that my waves would not be weighed down (I have to usually wear my hair straight because of this). Lisette knew exactly what I wanted and needed, she cut my hair like the pro she is, left me feeling light, and got my waves back! Highly recommended.

Made appt online when I got there was told another 30 mins. Then one hair stylist told me she's taking a break she doesn't know how long, mind you I made the appt to make it in time when online said my wait time was 56 mins, then another 30. Customer service sucked WONT BE GOING BACK

I came during a short break time with a picture example and the person who cut my hair did an excellent job! I wish I knew her name to give a good reference. She is tall with blonde hair. Highly recommend
