Great Clips

My mom and I did a walk in here today. We are so happy with our haircuts. The ladies working couldn't have been nicer and efficient. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom, Joan! And thank you Kelly for doing a fantastic job on my hair! I hope I got the names right. ❤️

I've been there a few times and it's been pretty good, but today was a terrible experience, especially with the designer, Joan. Her attitude was awful. She didn't want to follow customer requests and just wanted to do as little as possible. Every time I buy the shampoo service, I bring my own massage brush, hoping the person washing my hair can use it for me. Ms. Joan said she couldn't, sounding very annoying, and gave a whole bunch of excuses. I asked her why others could do it but she couldn't. She said only the manager could do it, so does that mean she only has to follow customer requests when the manager is on duty? Even when the manager isn't there, she can arbitrarily pick on customers and even find excuses not to serve me. I felt her attitude was terrible, so I canceled the service

My experience today was not a very good and not the best of great clips staff. First, I was a walk in and was greeted by an employee that appeared to be high as a kite second as I waited my turn a person walked in after me a needed a touch up and they were taken ahead of me third I viewed a customer's finished haur cut and the back of his neckline was extra uneven . So I walked out and spent my monies elsewhere. Disappointed yes will I return another time that's to be determined .

Just had a haircut cut with Artrice and my hair looks amazing. She’s awesome!
