Great Clips

Do not go here!!!!! They will mess your hair up! I wish I got her name! She was tall had brown hair with blonde highlights. She said she had nerve damage in her hand. That right there should have been a red flag. She does not know how to cut hair. I went immediately to another place to get my hair fixed!!! That lady should be fired. This hair cut is not what was asked for. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted!

Typically I get a great cut but today the young lady with a nose ring butchered my hair. She didn’t wet it to trim 1” and went I home with several long pieces. When I asked her to layer to my face I ended up with one side higher than the other. she didn’t measure the sides or even show me the back of my hair. My husband had to even out my back ends and I trimmed the layers to my face when we got home as we had plans to be meeting our son 2 hrs away at his new home. She should not be cutting hair. She doesn’t know what she is doing.

If I could give negative stars I would. I just got the worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life. In less than 5 minutes, this lady chopped my long hair into like 5 different lengths and it looks horrible and uneven. I asked for a 4-5 inch trim straight across with curtain bangs. I wish I would have never went here.

I don’t hate my haircut but I was a little put off by feeling rushed. Also don’t bother having pictures of what you want, there’s no time for that. I have thick curly hair and when I ask to get a little more length off the top she started combing up and was not gentle at all. Like I literally yelped when she did it and I’m by no means tender headed. I feel she is a great stylist I just get the feeling that Great Clips expects these stylists to have em in and out under 10 minutes. It’s not a quick lane oil change. People are trusting you with their hair! Also upon entering you’re not really greeted, they literally yell from their station (over the heads they are cutting) and ask if you signed in on line. Ummm no! It felt like I was entering Moe’s restaurant without the “welcome” part! Ag

I had asked for a burst fade for my son, the first thing she said is we don't use razors. That was my first issue, it was like she didn't wanna do it. Second I showed her the Pic of the haircut beforehand, she didn't listen and she obviously didn't even bother really looking at the picture. Now my son is upset about the haircut. This woman argued with me saying I just wanted the sides. Then gave me an attitude when I asked her name which is KA. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! VERY RUDE!!
